Puthiya Mukham movie revovles around the hassle free life of Krishnakumar (Prithviraj) who gets changed with his admission in an engineering college in Kochy. There he meets Anjana and Sudhi, whose marriage are almost fixed. With their company blossoming up, newer issues also come up in their life, which create abrupt changes in Krishnakumar's life.
